Abstract

We report on the results of experimental studies of the characteristics of record of information by laser radiation in thin films of a phthalocyanine dye with bismuth. It is shown that bismuth atoms drift in dye-bismuth-dye triplex films under the action of nanosecond laser pulses. This effect is due to the electrostatic interaction between the bismuth ions and the spatial-charge field of electrons biased due to photon pressure.
