The current 2009-revised national English curriculum has been applied to elementary and secondary school from the year of 2011 to 2016. The newly revised national curriculum, 2015 curriculum, will be applied to all schools from the year of 2018. This study includes two main research area; one is drawing implications for curriculum implementation, and the other is drawing implications for curriculum improvement. To achieve the purpose of this study, 15 academic articles were collected through on-line journal such as Kyobo Bookstore Scholar, and themes for this research were created such as key-competence for English communication and community competence, student participation-based teaching-learning methodology, and process-oriented English assessment which were key concepts of 2015 revised national curriculum.
