Abstract
ABSTRACTDraft whole-genome sequences of a coculture are presented. One component was a polar cyanobacterium, Leptolyngbya sp. strain Cla-17. The second was a heterotrophic bacterium, Flavobacterium saccharophilum, found in the phycosphere of the cyanobacterium.
