Abstract

Primary Adenoid Cystic Carcinoma of Breast (bACC) is an extremely rare salivary gland like tumor accounting for less than 0.1% of all breast tumors with excellent prognosis. These tumors are generally triple negative. There is limited data on optimal treatment and management.
