The Tories' Health Spokesman, Dr Liam Fox is, at 38, the youngest in their Shadow Cabinet. However, even if the Conservatives do return to power in the 2007 — the earliest year likely to date — few see him becoming Health Secretary. He has indelibly blotted his copybook over the role of overseas doctors in the NHS.
