Abstract

AbstractIn the context of dual carbon, the power distribution strategy for energy storage systems considering SOC (state of charge) balance and the difficulty of implementing control strategies is of great significance for slowing down battery aging and allowing more users to participate in the dual carbon goal. Aiming at the problem of power distribution in energy storage system, a double-layer control strategy for power distribution in energy storage system based on AOE (activity on edge) is proposed. First of all, the selection of charge and discharge battery clusters is realized based on the relationship between the SOC and the charge and discharge capacity in the upper layer. In addition, the optimal distribution of power is realized in the lower layer with the goal of SOC balance of battery packs. Then, the strategy can be implemented by writing Excel configuration files based on AOE which has the advantages of less difficulty in use, simple writing, intuitive control process and high calculation efficiency. Finally, the effectiveness of the strategy is verified through case simulation analysis.KeywordsEnergy storage systemAOEPower distributionSOC balance
