Abstract

The two-photon fluorescence excitation spectrum and the two-photon resonant four-photon ionization spectrum of the A 2∑ + state of NO have been measured at the same time. A large intensity difference is found at several rovibronic bands between the two spectra, ascribed to double resonance by a single laser.
