Abstract

The article discusses the emergence and development of interpersonal relationships between athletes and adolescents. It is emphasized that sports are important not only for the health of teenagers, but also for the establishment of long-term friendships. The article states that friendship should not be viewed as a stable situation. Friendly relationships should be viewed as a process. Which is also related to the problem of self-awareness and understanding of the other. Therefore, coaches and parents must properly guide the interactions between athletes and adolescents.
