Abstract
El entorno global contemporáneo ha experimentado reconfiguraciones económicas, tecnológicas y sociales de especial relevancia para la transformación y armonización mundial, durante el cual, actualmente cursamos por una pandemia sanitaria a consecuencia del Covid-19 que da cuenta de este nuevo orden, sanitario y de responsabilidad social de la humanidad; en forma particular, ha trascendido en el redefinición de la sociedad posmoderna dos condiciones inherentes e indispensables para la educación, que adquieren un valor preponderante en y para el desarrollo social: Ser docente y Formar docentes.
