Abstract
Several beta-minus emitters are studied for possible application in High Dose Rate Eye Plaque Brachytherapy for treating scleral eye cancer. Rhenium-188 (Re-188), Praseodymium-142 (Pr-142) and Yttrium-90 (Y-90) were analyzed and the dose distributions within the eyeball were compared for each nuclide.
