Abstract
The investigation of the influence of γ(Co60)-irradiation with absorbed doses up to 106 Gy on the structure, electrical and optical properties of flash evaporated amorphous GeS thin films has been carried out. The analysis of the results revealed that γ-irradiation at Φ ≥ 104 Gy of amorphous GeS films does induce changes both in structure and physical properties of the condensates.
