Abstract

The present article has as its objects of study the National Curricular Parameters (PCNs) and the National Common Curricular Base (BNCC) concerning the curricular problematization of content on sexuality, how sexuality presents in the PCNs, what advances or setbacks the theme suffered after the enactment of the BNCC. The article also aims to investigate the posture of the Escola Sem Partido movement and its action in the fight against gender and sexual diversity issues in the approval of the National Curricular Common Base. The methodology used in the present study consisted of qualitative research through bibliographic and documental analysis, using the National Curriculum Parameters, the National Curricular Common Base, and the Transversal Contemporary Themes (TCT's) as a research reference. Data were grouped and analyzed according to Free Interpretation Analysis (ALI) assumptions
