Abstract
This work has as its goal to address the challenges for the construction of a dialogue through interculturalism, striving for the protection of cultural identity as an essential right to guarantee a dignified life. One should highlight of the need to deconstruct stigmatic image and reversing the marginalization process to which the refugee has been exposed to the international community.
