Abstract
To identify and formalize the unorganized Dhobi society. The firm desired to create a Dhobi Welfare and Society as like as formal organization for the purpose of recognition by the society and government. This is aimed to employ the unorganized washerman group in to formal kind of employment at corporate level and to generate & support the state expenditure for societal benefits.
