Abstract

Aiming at the load demand of mechanical and electrical actuation system on the door opening mechanism of civil aircraft, the door opening mechanism was abstracted theoretically, the kinematics and dynamics model were established. The motion mechanism and working characteristics of the opening mechanism were analyzed. Based on Matlab/Simulink and LMS Motion platform respectively, the mathematical simulation model and dynamics simulation model were established and compared. The simulation results show that the dynamics simulation and numerical simulation have a good consistency, and because of the integration characteristics of LMS Motion software and CATIA and other 3D drawing software, it can provide more intuitive design feedback, so it provides a feasible analysis method for engineers in the design.
