Abstract

The increase of the additional thermal resistivity at 6°K in the donor concentration range 8 x 10 13 to 10 18 cm -3 is observed to exhibit three concentration regions n < 10 16cm -2, ∼ 10 16 < n <∼ 3 x 10 17 cm -3 and n > ∼ 3 x 10 17cm -3, suggesting that electron-phonon scattering mechanisms other than those of Keyes and Carruthers should be considered in the low and intermediate concentration ranges.
