Abstract

El presente artículo pretende analizar cómo la caballeriza real devino en la concreción de una nueva ordenación de la domesticidad durante la primera mitad del siglo XVIII. Asimismo, se busca explicar cómo se articuló una praxis de gobierno asentada en la fidelidad y cómo la política de los afectos informó esta misma forma de gobierno en las diferentes coyunturas y acorde a cada uno de los distintos caballerizos mayores.
