Abstract
Centimeter-sized perovskite molecular 3-ammonioquinuclidinium-NH4Cl3 (3-AP-NH4Cl3) was grown by slow evaporation method. Through thermogravimetry (TG), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and dielectric measurement, a temperature-induced phase transition was found at 146 °C. Stripe domain structures at room temperature were observed by polarized light microscopy (PLM). Domain structure evolution was observed in situ during the temperature-induced phase transition, which further confirms the phase transformation from ferroelectric phase to paraelectric phase.
