Abstract
A sample of 802 year eleven pupils completed the Junior Eysenck Personality Inventory together with Dommert's modification of the Rokeach Dogmatism Scale. The data confirm the view that neuroticism is the dimension of personality fundamental to individual differences in dogmatism, while extraversion is irrelevant to dogmatism.
