Abstract

The conventional semen analysis is known to have high intra-individual and inter-individual variability. Low sperm concentration on the day of intrauterine insemination (IUI) could raise concerns in patients and clinicians. The present study is aimed to estimate the prevalence of of low sperm concentration on the day of IUI and its effect on pregnancy rate in men with normal sperm concentration on initial evaluation.1,2
