Does the longer-range wall potential in generalized Sullivan models favour a first-order wetting transition?

Abstract

The discussion based on the generalized Sullivan models for the wetting transition has unit now argued that the longer-range wall potential tends to favour a first-order wetting transition. The present paper, however, proposes an analytically derived counter-example.
