Abstract

Objective: Selective cerebral perfusion (SCP) in deep hypothermic circulatory arrest (DHCA) is a standard procedure for therapy of extended aortic root and aortic arch surgery. We evaluated the impact of SCP on postoperative mortality in patients with complex aortic surgery.
