Abstract

Cervical length measurements are often obtained in the second and early third trimester. Many patients found to have a short cervix are placed on bedrest and some are hospitalized. Our objective was to review data from our institution to see if admission to the hospital delayed delivery, prevented preterm delivery, and/or decreased the rate of change in the cervical length on follow up measurements.
