Abstract

Purpose of the study: Simulation based medical education (SBME) has become an increasingly ubiquitous technique for resuscitation training in both technical skills and human factors.1 We used a mixed methods approach to determine whether deliberate practice2 with high fidelity simulation training can improve medical students’ resuscitation technique and crisis resource management (CRM) in the context of a VF arrest scenario.
