Abstract

Background: Soccer requires participants to use speed, change of direction, which requires lower limb power production in order to perform at an optimal level. Soccer dribbling and passing creates extreme ankle inversion and eversion which is an important role towards improving soccer performance. The aim of this study was to determine if there is a relationship between ankle inversion or eversion ROM with dominant and non-dominant foot with maximal power production.
