Abstract

Objective To study the teaching effect for the basic skill comprehensive experiment of operative surgery by doctor-nurse combinatorial working teaching method.Methods Every two classes totally 222 students were chosen randomly from nursing and clinical medicial majors of grade 2006 in Jining Medical University.One class students of clinical major and one class students of nursing major will consist of the experiment group, and will cooperate to carry on the comprehensive laboratory course of the basic skills in operation with the doctor-nurse combinatorial working teaching method; while another class students of clinical major and another class students of nursing major will consist of the control group, who will have the lessons with the traditional teaching method that clinical students and nursing students are taught with different ways.At the end of the teaching, questionnaire survey and skill examination were carried out and the effects of the two teaching methods were compared.Results Compare with traditional teaching means, using teaching method of doctor-nurse combinatorial working in comprehensive operative surgery experiment could obviously enhancing the operation skill, and also inspired the students' interests,brought up team spirit in operative surgery.The teaching effectiveness by combinatorial teaching method is better than that of traditional teaching method.Conclusions Doctor-nurse combinatorial working teaching method is suitable for the teaching of experimental operative surgery.
