Abstract

Paget-Schroetter syndrome (PSS) is an axillo-subclavian venous thrombosis which occurs during effort, in presence of a thoracic outlet syndrome (TOS). Since the nineties, early in situ fibrinolysis is recommended after the beginning of the symptoms in order to limit the thrombotic sequelae. The objective of this study was to make an assessment of the preoperative rate of fibrinolysis in the treatment of PSS in our center.
