Abstract

Can the rise of Islam or its spread be seen within confines of one reason or one region? This paper makes a voyage on the Indian Ocean rim and visualizes how ever since the birth of Islam it got intertwined with series of convoluted continuous processes and shaded the regions of Indian Oceanic world with diverse socio-cultural paradigm.
