Abstract

As efforts to maximize assisted reproductive outcomes continue, focus has turned to endometrial receptivity analysis (ERA) as a possible next frontier. Current testing offers assessment of 238 genes via endometrial tissue biopsy during a mock transfer cycle and produces a computationally predicted window of implantation to guide the timing of future embryo transfers[1]. Conflicting data exists as to the clinical efficacy of ERA and minimal analysis has been done regarding the cost effectiveness of this additional testing.
