Abstract

Previous studies have suggested that patients with serum markers of diminished ovarian reserve (DOR) have higher rates of embryonic aneuploidy and lower rates of clinical pregnancy. To test this hypothesis, we investigate the correlation between pregnancy outcomes in patients < 35 years of age with good quality embryos and serum anti-mullerian hormone (AMH) levels as a marker for DOR.
