Abstract
No relevant effects on the sleep quality of subjects were found in two studies in which ibuprofen combined with 100 mg caffeine was taken three times daily. Of a total of 538 patients, medication-induced sleep problems occurred in only one to two in 100 participants. In one of the studies, only 0.8% of participants reported sleep disorders – exactly the same percentage as in the placebo arm.
