Abstract
Several studies have demonstrated that day 5 blastocysts have higher implantation rates than day 6 blastocysts in fresh embryo transfers. It is unclear if this is due to poor embryo quality with delayed blastulation, or dyssynchronous endometrium. We aimed to assess embryo quality through preimplantation genetic screening (PGS) and determine if day 6 blastocysts had higher rates of aneuploidy.
