Abstract
The binding of the two drugs in Figure 1, TO6 and TOTO [1], to small DNA strands with specific sequences has been studied using surface-enhanced resonance Raman spectroscopy (SERRS) and surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS). The surface-enhancement is obtained by the use of silver sols prepared by the method of P.C. Lee and D. Meisel [2].
