Abstract
Relationships for division of a specified total frequency band into parts with prescribed ratios of the fractional bandwidths of subbands are obtained, and concepts of the logarithmic frequency bandwidth and the mean frequency bandwidth determined from a difference-logarithmic ratio are introduced.
