Abstract

Diversity of the workforce is of researchable interest to many exploring the implications and impact Diversity has on many organizational performances. This study based on Diversity literature has explored the conceptual framework of the influence Diversity Climate, Diversity Management and Diversity Leadership have on Organization Justice Outcomes. The research proposition is based on literatures reviewed on Diversity and Organization Justice. It proposes an influence that Diversity Climate, Diversity Management and Diversity Leadership has on Organization Justice outcomes. Diversity Climate creates a favourable perception of an organization that promotes justice and inclusion. Diversity Management would further encourage this perception to turn into action by how organizations handle problems, issues and challenges that come up time to time. This further can be turned proactive and positive by the will and efforts of Diversity leaders, and the conscious decisions taken by them. All these three variables can effectively propagate an Inclusive and Justice environment.
