Abstract

Mistakes were made with regard to some references to forthcoming papers and Celia Whitchurch’s articles. On page 136, line 3, “Macfarlane, 2007, forthcoming” refers to two separate papers, one of which is forthcoming in 2011. All references to Whitchurch, 2009a (page 130, line 13; page 135, line 6; page 136, line 6) should read “Whitchurch, 2009”. All references to Whitchurch, 2009b (page 130, line 13; page 140, line 41) should read “Whitchurch, 2010”. The reference list should read as follows: Macfarlane, B. (forthcoming, 2011).
