Abstract
In today's global business environment, diversification of business processes is becoming a strategic necessity for Ukrainian enterprises, as it allows them to adapt to new conditions and challenges that accompany integration into the European economic area. Highlighting the motivations and goals of business process diversification is especially relevant in connection with the war in the country and martial law. The study is aimed at identifying the main motives and goals of diversification of business processes of Ukrainian enterprises in the context of European integration. In the course of the analysis, various methods were used, such as analysis, synthesis, generalization, induction, analogy and systematic approach, to study the main motives and goals of business process diversification
