Summary
Stigmatization processes are means of production and reproduction of social relations of inequality (Parker, 2012). Gender and formative level are manifested as determining categories in the system of beliefs and configurations, giving rise to significant differences both in the definition of concepts (homosexuality, bisexuality and transsexuality) and attitudes towards sexual diversity (paternity / maternity, Marriage, prohibition and ownership of rights of LGTBI people and affective expression in public). The training plans of the discipline must include as a mandatory subject the knowledge about LGTBI people, as reflected in the document Sexual Orientation and Gender Expression, approved by the International Federation of Social Work at its meeting in June 2014. Tal y como señala Martínez (2016), es una ideología que moldea comportamientos, la ordenación social de la sexualidad y modelos basados en determinadas prácticas sexuales y expresiones de género con códigos identificables.
