Abstract
Disaster including Magnitude 9.0 earthquake, Tsunami, Fire and Nuclear power plant meltdown attacked the north east part of Japan. Although the all medical resources had been rearranged to respond to the disaster in Tohoku University area, lifeline termination including electric power, water and gas, had been the fatal problem. Furthermore, anti nuclear activists blocked the lifeline transportation and medical resource, a lot of patients and people in the shelter dead with cardiovascular events. As the results, Rumor of the anti nuclear power activists killed a large number of people. In the time of disaster, one of the most important issue was life line recovery and medical engineering logistics
