Abstract

Objective To explore the situation of distributive justice of nurse, snd provide scientific information for nursing human resource management. Methods Investigating 462 nurses in some third-A level general hospital with distributive justice Index 1, 2 to know the situation of distributive justice. Results 462 surveys were distributed and 457 nurses completed them, resulting in a response of 98.92% ,448 surveys was utilized. The mean score of self justice was (17.82 +4. 93), work situation justice was (16.89 ±4.23). There were statistical differences in justice among different departments [(19.42 +4.19), (17.18 ±4.21),(17.06 ±4.46), respectively,F = 3.502,P <0.05], there were statistical differences in work situation justice among different duties [(19.06 ± 3.03),(17.58 +3.68),(16.18±4.16),F=4.974,P<0.01)]. Multiple logistic regression analysis shows that department and job duty were main influencing factors (P < 0.05). Conclusions Nursers feel distribution general fair.Departments and job duty influence the sense of justice.
