Abstract
If a systesm is symmetric under rotations about am axis the distribution of momcntum transverse to this axis may be inferred from the distribution of the momentum projected on any direction transverse to the axis. This relation is useful in dealing with the distribution of inclusive neutral-pion momemta derived from inclusive gamma momentum distributions. (auth) An eikonal representation is obtained for the scattering amplitude of high energy particles with spin 1 and an arbitrary anomalous magnetic moment in the external electromagnetic field. The corrections are found for the Weinbeng eikonal representation, which are due to the presence in the scattered particle of the states with the zero helicity. The particle scattering is studied for the case of strong external fields. (auth)
