Abstract

The pattern of distribution of various digitaloids has been studied by a number of investigators (1, 2, 3). In these studies, though, differences in dose, time and species make it difficult to compare distribution patterns. The present study was undertaken, therefore, to provide comparable data about the distribution of digitaloids with varying polar properties in two animal species with varying digitalis sensitivity.
