Abstract

The possibilities for investigating electron density distributions in crystals by measuring the line positions in the radiation spectrum of channeling particles are considered. It is shown that for diamond single crystal channeling radiation spectroscopy provides additional information compared to the X-ray diffraction method. A feature of the potential behavior has been found, which is not described in terms of the known potential models.
