Abstract

This paper studies the power flow calculation algorithm of distribution network with distributed generation. Firstly, the operation characteristics of different types of distributed generations are analyzed and a corresponding grid-connected mathematical model is established. Then, various distributed generation processing methods are given, and the processing methods of different node types are given. According to the node iteration voltage and active power invariance, the node injection current is solved. Improvements have been made to the traditional forward and backward substitution method. Finally, the power flow of the IEEE 33 bus distribution network with distributed generation is calculated and calculation results show that the proposed model and algorithm are feasible and effective.
