Abstract

In the electricity market, each participant has its own private interest preference. With the increasing penetration of distributed generation (DG), the DG with uncertainty and the multiple market participants with complex behaviors change the traditional short-term operation of distribution network, and bring great challenges to the long-term expansion planning. In this paper, the expansion planning model of local distribution company (LDC) are established considering the rational behavior of each market participant. LDC can coordinate the interests of multiple market participants (including DG investors and load aggregators) and then get the optimal distribution network expansion planning scheme. To deal with the uncertainty of DG, a distributionally robust expansion planning model is proposed to deal with the problem. Numerical results in the 54-bus system have demonstrated the value of the proposed model.
