Abstract

This paper studies the attitude takeover control problem of a failed satellite through the cooperation of multiple nanosatellites. A distributed cooperative game method is developed for nanosatellites to distribute the control computational burden among nanosatellites. The method is composed of two layers. The control calculation layer gives the total control torque required by the failed satellite, while the distributed control allocation layer solves the Pareto optimal control allocation coefficients of multiple nanosatellites through local interaction of nanosatellites. Both layers are designed to reduce the total energy consumption of nanosatellites. The two layers are integrated together through their outputs such that the control constraint of nanosatellites can be considered. Numerical simulations demonstrate the effectiveness of the developed method.
