Abstract

This paper studies the consensus tracking problem of the multi-agent system with bandwidth limitation. The stochastic quantization scheme is adopted to transmit information among agents. The multi-agent system with both velocity-measurable and velocity-unmeasurable are considered. Two pulse-modulated intermittent control are proposed to ensure consensus tracking of the multi-agent system. Based on the stability theory, discretization approaches and algebraic graph theory, some necessary and sufficient conditions are obtained to ensure consensus tracking of the controlled system with and without velocity measurement. Some simulation results are given to show that the followers can well track the dynamic leader by obeying the proposed control laws.
