Abstract

This article discusses the concepts of stimulation and motivation of staff. The purpose of the research is to study the ways of managing the work of staff. The main purpose of any organization or company is considered. Special attention is paid to the functions of stimulation and motivation. These functions define motivation as a psychological process. The concept of «labor motivation» is considered, which is key when working with staff at an enterprise. Common tasks are identified, which are based on the concepts of «motivation» and «stimulation». The results obtained can be used to evaluate the effective performance of employees in an organization or company, as well as when working to improve staff motivation.
