Abstract
In most developing countries the demand for education vastly exceeds the teaching resources available. Distance education provides one of the best opportunities for adult learners, implies a shift in emphasis from teachers teaching in the classroom to students learning in any convenient environment. Unlike correspondence tuition, distance education systems are multimedia oriented.
