Abstract

In this article, we report Dissociative Electron Attachment (DEA) cross sections. DEA is a resonant process and happens at low energy electron scattering on electron collision with simple molecules (\(\le \)20 eV). Using the well-established ab inito R-matrix method via. Quantemol-N DEA estimator we compute the cross sections for the diatomic molecules and applied the same for a triatomic molecule.
